We report a patient with recurrent angina after gastroepiploic artery
grafting to the right coronary artery because of a stenotic lesion of the
gastroduodenal artery, which limited blood flow through the right
gastroepiploic artery graft and caused myocardial ischemia. The patient was
successfully treated by saphenous vein grafting to the right coronary
artery without cardiopulmonary bypass.
