Pulmonary hamartoma presenting 40 years after lobectomy and thoracoplasty for tuberculosis

We report a case of giant pulmonary hamartoma found in a patient who had
undergone lobectomy and thoracoplasty 40 years previously. This particular
case may be consistent with the theory of hamartomas as acquired lesions.
