IW Colquhoun and JC Pollock
Two case reports are presented in children who developed significant
respiratory distress due to persistent tracheomalacia despite vascular
decompression for double aortic arch. Cardiopulmonary bypass is suggested
as a useful approach to the distal tracheal segment in children.
