A rare case of endobronchial lipoma treated with left lower lobectomy is being reported. Preoperative biopsies were not conclusive. At bronchotomy, a long pedunculated tumor (Figs. 1 and 2) of 6x1.5 cm size was found occluding left main bronchus but originating from lower lobar bronchus. There were irreversible changes in distal parenchyma.
