Bronchogenic cyst with milk of calcium

A 42 year-old man was admitted with the symptoms of chest pain, dyspnea and hoarseness. Radiographic findings revealed a cystic mass located in aortic window and having fluid, which contain milk of calcium, moving due to gravity (Fig. 1
). Digital substraction anjiography showed, blocked blood flow beyond left main pulmonary artery and elongation of the aorta. The patient's general condition improved after the removal of the mass. Pathologic examination revealed bronchogenic cyst.
