Multiple penetrating aortic ulcers

A 55-year-old hypertensive male presented with an enlarged mediastinum. Magnetic resonance angiography (Fig. 1a–c ) and angio-computed tomography (Fig. 2 ) showed thoracic aortic pseudoaneurysms up to 60 mm. Endovascular exclusion of penetrating aortic ulcers was performed with three Talent® 38x100 mm stent-grafts through the left femoral artery and the patient discharged 48 h later.
