Giant chest wall tumor

A 72-year-old male with a huge tumor of the left chest wall (Fig. 1)
, dramatically increased during the last 6 months, is reported. Radical resection included the five lower ribs, the diaphragm, the left rectus and oblique abdominal muscles. Pathology showed a 23-kg malignant chondrosarcoma (Fig. 2)
