A 42-year-old male was admitted due to syncope. 3D CT angiography demonstrated aortic paraannular abscess and pseudoaneurysm from sinus of Valsalva which has bulging contour to AV groove and right coronary artery. We performed abscess removal and debridement. Aortic root was reconstructed and the orifice of pseudoaneurysm was closed using autopericardium (Figs. 1 and 2).
