A 76-years-old female presents haemoptysis 31 years after a left subclavian replacement by left thoracotomy. Investigations found an aortic and subclavian false aneurysm (Fig. 1
) treated, in one stage, by a Talent* (Medtronic) aortic endoprosthesis after bypasses between the two common carotids and then the left subclavian artery (Fig. 2
). Neurological outcome was uneventful.
