Key Words: Pulmonary artery • Aneurysm • Computed tomography

CT scan was performed for haemoptysis in a patient with Streptococcus viridans right-sided endocarditis. It revealed pulmonary embolism with typically infected pulmonary artery aneurysms (Figs. 1 and 2 , in supplementary data). The patient has made good clinical progress with intravenous antibiotics and percutaneous exclusion of the aneurysm with a covered stent.
