Right atrial myxomas are most commonly supplied from the right coronary artery. This mass was discovered in an asymptomatic 58-year-old female (Fig. 1a). Coronary angiogram demonstrated vascular supply from the right (Fig. 2a; Video 1) and left (Fig. 2b; Video 2) coronary arteries. The myxoma was removed uneventfully (Fig. 1b).
