We would like to bring to your notice the matter of duplicated publication in our article ‘Clinical advantages of using mini-bypass systems in terms of blood product use, postoperative bleeding and air entrainment: an in vivo clinical perspective’ [1].

1. There is a serious matter of duplicated publication with respect to the results of postoperative blood product use and postoperative bleeding in patients operated on mini-bypass systems. This part of the study was previously published in Perfusion [2].
2. The results of the whole study (circulating air and micro-air management) were only published in the European Journal.

We regret this mistake.
