Key Words: Blunt traumatic injury • Brachiocephalic trunk • Clavicle luxation

A 49-year-old woman was admitted after a fall in the staircases. Chest CT scan (Figs. 1 and 2 ) shows a pseudoaneurysm of the brachiocephalic artery caused by posterior clavicle luxation. The patient was operated and we realized a bypass between proximal undamaged brachiocephalic artery trunk and the right subclavian carotid bifurcation.
