Thrombotic occlusion of a giant coronary artery aneurysm

A 64-year-old man presented with chest pain and ST elevations (leads II–III). Coronary angiography (Fig. 1 ) showed an occluded aneurysmatic RCA and stenosis of LAD. PCI failed and due to critical condition the patient underwent successful emergency CABG and exclusion of the aneurysm from the circulation (Fig. 2 ).
