A 62-year-old asymptomatic heavy smoker woman with no history of cancer showed two bilateral pulmonary nodules CT-PET positive (1.3 cm of diameter – MaxSUV: 3.6 and 3.3) (Fig. 1
). She underwent bilateral sequential videothoracoscopic atypical resection. The macroscopic appearance and histology were consistent with the pathological features of hamartochondroma (Fig. 2
).
