In 67-year-old woman without any cardiac or neurologic symptoms, a transesophageal echocardiogram showed a rounded mass attached to the non-coronary cusp of the aortic valve (Video 1). We excised the tumor with preservation of the valve (Fig. 1 ). Gross examination (Fig. 2 ) and light microscopy confirmed the diagnosis of papillary fibroelastoma.
