A rare cause of pulmonary artery aneurysm

We present a 55-year-old male with tetralogy of Fallot who underwent repair at age 20 and revision at age 50. Patient has had multiple presentations of mild hemoptysis and shortness of breath. Bronchoscopy was unremarkable. We present a unique case of pulmonary artery aneurysm possibly related to transannular patch (Figs. 1 and 2
).
