Video 1 (.rv format). The first suture is positioned at the level of the anteroseptal commissure. A marker 28.5 mm long shows the distance between the first and the last suture. The sutures are then passed into the band, that is moved down to reach the annulus. The sutures at the level of the septal annulus are tied first, followed by the suture at the level of the anteroseptal commissure and finally by the suture in the middle.
