We thank Chong for his comments [1] on our study [2].

Your suggestion will help with our future investigation. As you pointed out, decision to wait until 3 months before performing pulmonary metastasectomy should also be influenced by other factors. Future studies must be performed to clarify these issues. I guess that an important factor is indication of chemotherapy before metastasectomy. Existence of effective drugs may contribute good result after surgery. We will study on it further.
